Resume

Some key notes regarding my resume that might peak some interest. I have been coaching for 7 years and I have managed the athletic programs at three different high schools. I have been fortunate to have worked along side numerous athletic directors in California and Arizona. Please note with regards to the MAA program, the MAA program at Ohio University is unlike anything else in the country, with an emphasis on interscholastic athletics and courses approved by the NIAAA. This program sets itself apart from the rest, being 1 of very few as a masters of science in athletic administration. One item that I incorporated into my current school was a zero based budget based upon district financial constraints. This has been something new to our teams as they have always had the ability to ensure items were purchased based on need in a timely manner. Times have changed, this zero based budget plan forces our coaches to determine what is necessary for success and what is a back burner item.
