Event Management Plan

In this document you will find a full comprehensive volleyball function that is drawn out for anyone to take and operate in a school setting. This plan covers aspects such as tournament play, emergency situations that may occur and how to resolve those situations within the school setting, a welcome letter to all incoming schools, and jobs necessary for proper functioning of the event. 

Also, the plan covers the specifics of the tournament such as dates, times, and the teams involved with the tournament. A map with colored directions to the school is included for transportation purposes. As well you will find a checklist leading up to the start of the tournament of tasks needing to be done before, during, and after the tournament.
