Throughout my career, I have been selected for and entrusted with leadership roles that extend beyond the classroom, including Athletic Director and Dean of Students positions, highlighting my ability to lead programs, manage student behavior systems, and support school-wide initiatives.

As an Athletic Director, I supported high-participation athletic programs that helped increase student involvement, build school pride, and expand extracurricular opportunities. As a Dean of Students, I contributed to behavior support systems focused on consistency, accountability, and restorative practices, helping create safer and more structured learning environments.
