I am an educational leader with experience across classroom instruction, athletic administration, and student behavior support in multiple school districts. My career has been built around creating structured, inclusive, and supportive environments where students can grow academically, socially, and personally. I value strong relationships with students, staff, and families as the foundation for meaningful school improvement and student success.
Throughout my experience as a teacher, Athletic Director, and Dean of Students, I have developed a leadership approach centered on accountability, consistency, and student engagement. I am passionate about building positive school culture, supporting diverse student needs, and helping students develop the skills and mindset needed for long-term success. I have worked in environments where clarity of expectations, fairness in practice, and relationship-driven leadership are essential to maintaining a safe and productive learning community.
My work has consistently focused on strengthening systems that support both students and staff. In the classroom, that means designing learning experiences that are structured, accessible, and engaging for students with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds. In athletic and student services roles, it has meant supporting behavior systems, reinforcing expectations, and helping students make positive choices that align with school values. Across all roles, I prioritize communication, consistency, and presence as key elements of effective leadership.
I also recognize that schools are complex environments shaped by cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic, and individual differences. Because of this, I aim to lead in a way that is responsive rather than one-size-fits-all. Building trust and maintaining high expectations simultaneously has been central to my approach, especially when working with students who need additional support or structure to be successful.
I am currently pursuing continued growth in educational leadership with the goal of expanding my impact at the school and district level. My long-term focus is to contribute to systems that improve student outcomes, strengthen school culture, and support educators in their work.
