A weekly communication tool that was developed to help parents better understand the impact of Fine Arts Education, to know what their students are learning, doing and producing, as well as, to help parents know what's upcoming in the community. This blog posting went out weekly, at the same time to ensure parental and community expectation, and was received by every parent involved in the Fine Arts, as well as all faculty, staff and Leadership throughout the year. Generally the format remained the same: Introductory note about research and Fine Arts Education, Special upcoming events, community events, a highlight of an Art event, ending with "Fine Arts" inspiration such as an article from Fine Arts Educators, TED talks or cogent and related videos from history.
