Fundamentally, I believe that all students deserve the chance to be a part of any production they wish to participate in, therefore, I have always run Student Production Staff, Student Technical Crews, Student Pit Orchestra, and Student Stage Management, as well as, Student Costumers, Choreographers, Makeup and Hair artists - If a student wants to be involved, I'll find a way! In addition, I believe that nobody wants to see the same students every year get the main roles, and be "the star!", to that end, I double cast all main roles, blind cast, as well as create opportunities to develop new and emerging artists whenever I can. I think it's been very successful, and believe I have positively impacted many students, and am very, very proud of all my students throughout the years!
