This article analyze the data of microbial communities soil sample from mangrove from three approaches. One of them is analyzing the bacteria compositions. In the article, the taxonomic structure and diversity can be applied to our campus metagenome program to analyze the soil sample data as well.

We analyzed bacteria from the campus soil samples, and study the abundance through phylum into class and dig deeper. Bacteria >>> Proteobacteria >>> Betaproteobacteria >>> Kurkholderiales >>> Comamonadaceae >>> Polaromonas As it goes from phylum to class to order to family to genus and finally to species. With the help of the bar graph, we can find the abundance of specific kind of bacterias.
