Below are the rules and recommendations for participating in live events, summarised from the official website and information pages about individual events. Rules in red have been introduced during the pandemic and may not be permanent.
Please adhere to the instructions from staff at any live venue. Refrain from dangerous actions or actions which may cause trouble to the group and audience members, including saving seats and dictating where other people get to sit.
Turn off your phone during the performance. If you need to use your phone during the show, please go outside. Staff may investigate if they suspect you are recording or filming the performance without permission.
Please leave promptly after the performance ends and do not wait for the members to arrive or leave the venue.
Please do not wear high-heeled shoes, sharp accessories, clothes with inappropriate exposure, or tall hats and headdresses which obstruct other people's view. We recommend wearing clothes and shoes which are easy to move in and tying back long hair in a low position.
Take care of your valuables to avoid incidents of theft. You cannot bring big suitcases to the venue, so please leave any large items at a nearby coin locker etc.
Ensure you get enough rest before the show and stay hydrated, and speak to a staff member if you feel unwell. If you notice somebody in the audience who appears to be unwell, please assist them.
You must wear a mask throughout the performance. It is forbidden to cheer or do fan calls during the performance.
The staff will check your temperature using a non-contact method when you arrive. You will be prevented from entering if you show any symptoms of Covid-19, have been identified as a close contact of a positive test, or have travelled to/from a region which requires a post-entry quarantine within the last 14 days.
Seating is social distanced. You must remain in your seat during the performance. You must not exchange seats. Please do not hold your lightsticks/fans etc above chest height so you do not block the view of other audience members and the livestream camera.
Please arrive with plenty of time to spare to avoid congestion close to the show's start time. Please refrain from gathering in the lobby or near the venue to trade merchandise.
Below are the rules and recommendations for participating in meet and greets, summarised from information pages about individual events. Rules in red have been introduced during the pandemic and may not be permanent.
Please refrain from speaking to the members while you are waiting or while the photo is being taken. You will get a chance to speak to them after the photo has been taken.
It is forbidden to use offensive or abusive language towards the members. If this behaviour is discovered, you will be asked to leave immediately.
It is forbidden to take photos, videos or audio recordings other than what has been permitted by your ticket.
If you want a photo taken using your phone, please give your phone to the staff with the photography app already set up. Please refrain from using your phone for any other purposes during the meet and greet.
Please ensure your chosen pose is easy to explain to the members. Violent, obscene or extremist poses are forbidden, as are air kisses or air hugs. Please do not touch the members unless you have requested one of the 4 set poses.
You cannot make the members wear something or hold props. You yourself may use props for the photo, but please make sure they adhere to common sense - anything obscene or hazardous is forbidden. It is forbidden to change your clothes or undress during the meet and greet.
After the photo has been taken, make sure to check whether it has been saved. If the photo is excessively dark or blurry, let the staff know and they will decide whether the photo can be taken again.
Please leave the photography space quickly once the staff let you know that your time is up.
It is forbidden to post, distribute, or print and sell photos you have taken of or with the members, including screenshots from online meet and greets.
For in-person events, please wear your mask at all times except for when the photo is being taken.
All photos will be taken seated and with a vinyl sheet between you and the member. Please refrain from leaving your seat or touching the sheet.
For online meet and greets, you may take as many screenshots as you like, but please tell the member beforehand.
