Relax. Unclench your jaw. Release the tension in your shoulders. Breathe in. Breathe out. Move your neck sideways. Nothing is unsolvable. Not even anxiety. With the right tools, you can put aside you anxiety for as much as possible, and enjoy life for a while.

Now, there are millions of other techniques that can help you, not just the ones mentioned below. These are a few examples that work for the majority of people. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with you if none of the following work for you. Keep searching for ways to help cope with your anxiety until you find a suitable one for you. Just... don't try to google any of your symptoms.
