Attend virtual meetings with partner AIESEC entities in other countries alongside the IR Managers to ensure the alignment of the supply of global talent opportunities (i.e. the number of available interning opportunities, the number of available slots, and the timing of the opportunities) with the demand (i.e. the holiday periods in Strathmore University and the number of students interested in going for exchange for their WBL or after completing their studies) in our environment.
Retrieve full information about the opportunities that we wish to promote to our target audience to ensure that they have the complete picture of what each specific opportunity entails when the Marketing and Sales team promotes it.
Keep the opportunity toolkit up to date with specific global volunteering opportunities received from partner AIESEC entities in other countries and select opportunities retrieved directly from searching aiesec.org.
Ensure that toolkits and resources are regularly updated and shared with the team.
Retrieve CV samples and application guidelines from the AIESEC entities of the selected opportunities to ensure that we can provide our customers with a guide and support for the internship application process to increase the probability of them being accepted for those opportunities once they apply.
Expedite the acceptance process by liaising between our customers who have applied for a specific exchange opportunity and our partner AIESEC entities in other countries.
Collect testimonials from customers after their exchange experience for marketing and feedback purposes.
EP (Exchange Participant) Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the experience of our customers (exchange participants) is of a high quality by ensuring that both the home entity (AIESEC in Strathmore) and the host entity (the AIESEC entity in the country that they will be going to) have effectively delivered the 16 AIESEC exchange standards that we promise our customers.
You will be required to:
Handle our customers (exchange participants - EPs) throughout their AIESEC journey.
Ensure that all exchange participants have all the required documents prepared before departure.
Facilitate an OPS (Outgoing Preparation Seminar) to ensure that the customer is prepared to embark on their experience.
Organize a RIS (Reintegration Seminar) to assist returning exchange participants in reflecting on their experience.
Assist exchange participants in completing the NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey for feedback.
Address any queries and concerns from exchange participants.
Monitor exchange participant satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
