Application Submissions

Please email your application as an attachment to 2526-aisu-executive-board@aiesec.net and cc aiesec@strathmore.edu with the title 'AIESEC 25.26 Membership Application'.

Kindly ensure that you get the spelling of AIESEC right in the email.

Guidelines

The 'Questionnaire' page consists of the application questions that you are required to answer.

The instructions are as follows:

• Answer all the questions in the application booklet.

• Attach an official passport photo. Kindly do not use Snapchat pictures, filters, or selfies.

• A screenshot of your personality test results should be attached to the last page of your document.

• Kindly ensure that you design your document to your liking (as long as it is still official). 

  • You may choose to design it in PPT or Word but convert it to PDF format before you submit it. 

  • Kindly note that any application booklet not in PDF format will be rejected.

• Your PDF document should be titled 'Your Name_AIESEC 25.26 Membership Application'. For example, Jane Doe_AIESEC 25.26 Membership Application.

• Ensure that you submit your application booklet on time.

• Avoid using ChatGPT or any Generative AI to do your application...it shows.

Submission Deadline

The application deadline is Thursday 21st August 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Kindly note that no late applications will be accepted!
