At AIESEC in Strathmore, we have 6 different portfolios (departments). Each portfolio has a role-specific function, all working towards achieving our vision and mission.
Their functions are as follows:
Oversees and manages the overall AIESEC member experience, from recruitment to onboarding and role education to their general experience during the year.
Oversees and manages all aspects of the finances and legalities of AIESEC in Strathmore as an entity.
Oversees and manages the relationships between AIESEC in Strathmore and its key stakeholders, Strathmore University, AIESEC in Strathmore Alumni, and Parents of the members of AIESEC in Strathmore.
Responsible for effectively promoting and selling AIESEC's main product (cross-cultural exchange) to our target audience. The department works very closely with the Outgoing Global Volunteer and Outgoing Global Talent portfolios through this process.
Oversees and manages our outgoing Global Volunteer product. The portfolio is responsible for ensuring that our customers who enroll for our products are processed effectively and have a quality experience.
Oversees and manages our Outgoing Global Talent (for interning) product. The portfolio is responsible for ensuring that our customers who enroll for our product are processed effectively and have a quality experience.
