Fashion & Design is a class I have taught with high school students one semester out of the year. In the class students learn about fashion drawing, how to use a sewing machine, how to follow a pattern, and how to mend clothing. At the end of the semester we work towards an 'upcycled fashion show'. Students can create any outfit they want from donated fabrics or clothing.
