It is my passion to inspire student voice and leadership and to find ways to connect my school community through activities, culture building initiatives and joyful events.
I have started or joined Student Council programs at every school I have worked at.
At my current school I was promoted to Coordinator of Student Life and Leadership.
Some events I have organized are:
Zoom Paint Night
Winter Craft Night
Sets for the Musicals
Costumes for the Musicals
Student council led events like dances, fundraising and community service projects
Designed all staff 'swag' and hallway inspiration posters

We are incredibly lucky to live in one of the art capital's of the world. It is imperative that my art students experience art outside of the classroom walls in order to be inspired and to start to expand their conception of what is possible in the art world. Some art centered trips I have coordinated for students are:
