Challenge: Communication gaps in project teams were causing delays, frustration, and reduced trust. Leaders needed practical strategies to share information clearly and keep teams aligned.

Target Outcome: Reduce project delays caused by miscommunication by 20% within six months.

Approach & Solution: Using ADDIE, I designed a comprehensive instructor-led training solution for leaders. The course emphasizes concise updates, active listening, and confirming shared understanding through realistic scenarios, guided discussion, and reflection. It was initially developed for lead contractors and then scaled to all employees in leadership roles. The design supports consistent communication practices, builds trust, and improves project flow across teams.
