4W's for Collecting Information- Course
Challenge: The company needed a course that teaches designers how to gather critical information for creating effective learning solutions.
Approach & Solution: I developed an interactive course using Articulate Storyline 360, guided by a storyboard and provided assets. Storyboard (Reverse-Engineered eLearning Blueprint)
Challenge: The client needed a detailed storyboard for an existing DEIB Storyline 360 course that could serve as a complete blueprint for an eLearning developer. The storyboard needed to include screen-by-screen content, narration, developer notes, interactions, and media timing, ensuring the course could be accurately replicated without access to the original build.
Approach & Solution: I reviewed the DEIB course thoroughly, testing learner responses to understand branching, feedback, and timing. Using the provided Google Slides storyboard template, I built each slide with detailed instructions for onscreen content, narration, interactions, transitions, and feedback. I applied instructional design principles to maintain clarity, learner engagement, and accessibility, and iterated on the storyboard based on rubric guidance and proofreading to ensure precision and usability.
