Developed a detailed, screen-by-screen storyboard by reverse engineering an existing Storyline 360 eLearning course. The storyboard serves as a complete development blueprint, outlining onscreen content, narration, media timing, interactions, and developer notes to ensure an eLearning developer could accurately build the course without additional context.

Designed to support facilitator-led delivery of a leadership communication training. The script begins with a concise course plan snapshot outlining activities and time allocations, then provides detailed facilitator guidance to support clarity, pacing, and consistent messaging throughout the session.

Developed to define learner needs, performance gaps, and facilitation requirements for a 75-minute instructor-led training focused on effective communication for leaders. This analysis established expectations, roles, and content structure to support consistent delivery across facilitators.
