The focus of this brief was to create a visual identity for a sustainable brand- I chose to create an identity for a low Co2 Ready Meal company. For this identity, I created a logo, a recognisable colour palette, patterns for the brand, and two applications. These applications were pages for the brand’s website, and a food label to be used on packaging. I wanted my audiences to be Green Party Supporters, young families, environmentalists and the late 20s/early 30s. I wanted the brand to appeal to Green Party supporters and environmentalists because of the sustainability and low Co2 focus, and I wanted it to appeal to young families and late 20s/ early 30s, as the service is especially good for younger audiences that need short food preparation times so that they can fit it around their busy schedule. I wanted my logo to reflect sustainability, nature and health, so I decided use a sun design, and also created a pattern based on vegetables which could be used on the tape of the food boxes, for example. I then used these aspects to create the applications.
