Radical acceptance is based on the notion that suffering comes not directly from pain, but from one's attachment to the pain.
In the moment, think: "Did I do the best I could do with the knowledge that I had?"
If the answer is:
Yes: Move On! “It is what it is.”
No: Learn for your future, make the changes you need to, and move on.
It is what it is.
