Logical Vs Empathetic
This is how we would ideally prefer to make decisions. Logical people would prefer to be logical and impartial when making a choice while an Empathetic person would prefer to act in a way that is in the best interest of those around them.
Reasonable Vs Compassionate
This is how we actually make decisions. Reasonable people will speak the truth even when it might hurt someone's feelings and a Compassionate person will be okay with going around the truth to save someone's feelings.
Questioning Vs Accommodating
This is how we handle ideas and opinions outside of our own. Questioning people will want to ask questions and take apart the idea while Accommodating people will want to reach a group consensus as fast as possible.
Critical Vs Accepting
This is how we handle arguments (Basically). Critical people will test your side with questions and such to see if it holds up while Accepting people will be more well...accepting of others' opinions and will try to come to an agreement and/or middle ground.
Tough Vs Tender
This is what energy we have towards making decisions. Tough people will be firmer and stand their ground in what they believe is true while Tender people will try to be more gentle and care about the process being good rather than the outcome.
