The freedom fixation resides within the E+P types. This fixation is exactly as it sounds, the desire for freedom. People with this FIRM Fixation tend to prioritize making sure they aren't restricted and hate being told that they can't do something. I myself am not an E+P type but from my observation I am guessing that people with the managment fixation are not the favorite people of these types.
