Concrete  Vs  Abstract

This is how we take in and think about new information. Concrete is where you look at the facts and are like "This is what it is" while abstract people think about what it could be like, maybe a word actually means something else.

Realistic  Vs  Imaginative

This one is pretty much how we problem-solve. Realistic people go with the facts and what works while Imaginative people like to experiment and brainstorm new things. 

Practical Vs  Conceptual

This is how we think about and use things we know. Practical people will want to take ideas and knowledge and use them while Conceptual people will prefer to think about things just to think about it, like a philosopher.

Experiential  Vs  Theoretical

This one is about what information we trust. Some need to see it to believe it (Experiential) while others will trust theories and patterns (Theoretical)

Traditional  Vs  Original

This is how we approach traditional thinking. Traditional people will...well...follow traditions, the normal way is the right way to them. Original people on the other hand find the traditional way to be boring and they tend to want to come up with their own ways to do things.
