Digital Arts Showcase Poster

Above is a mockup of a poster I designed for the NWTC Digital Arts Showcase. Embodying the showcase's theme of vintage travel, I designed this poster to be displayed around the school to promote the event. I sketched out many different versions of this, but ultimately landed on making a large-scale luggage tag. This poster utilizes layering to further draw you into the atmosphere awaiting you at the event. The red circular piece is a separate piece of paper, cut and glued for realism and strung with a small piece of twine to complete the look in real-life application. I also created a mirrored front-back layout for this poster as it is meant to be displayed in many areas that are made of glass, so you're getting an equally-satisfying experience from any angle!
