In hierarchy structure includes files, websites, information systems, and documents. For class, I made a "Success Mind Map" where I am the hierarchy of my future. It contains my aspirations for my future and changes to improve my life.
Is the use of software that creates, edits, print text's, and file formats. Word Processing simplifies creations and enhace productivity through diverse features and tools. Word Processing can be found on Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, and Apple Pages.
Simple everyday computers and devices of communication have for us text, graphics, animation, audio, and video. These are various forms are used across various platforms.
This was the most difficult, yet interesting. "Cell" stood out to me. This is where you insert your numbers on rows and column's. Here are other terms used for speadsheets...
Worksheet: One "page" in a spreadsheet file.
Workbook: A file containing one or more worksheets.
Roll: Horizontal line of cells, numbered 1, 2, 3
Column: Vertical line of cells, labeled A, B, C
Range: A group of selected cells (e.g., B1:B10)
Gridlines: Lines separating cells on-screen (may not print)
Sheet Tabs- Tabs that let you switch between worksheets in a workbook.
Print Area: Specifies which cells to print, instead of the whole sheet.
Fill Handle: Quickly copies data or formulas to adjacent cells.
Formula: Calculates values using cell references.
Function: Predefined formulas for common tasks (e.g., =SUM(B1:B15))
Chart: Visualize data as bar, line, pie, etc.
Conditional Formatting: Highlight cells based on rules (e.g., values >100)
