Trees...

Mr. Keith will be talking to us about TREES on Sunday...

Wondered if you guys remember the lesson where we heard scripture read about the river of life from Ezekiel and Revelation...

You listened and drew what you heard...

Do you remember the tree that stood on 'each side of the river?' That seems impossible, doesn't it? I remember the pictures you drew! It was awesome!! They're still on the gray cabinet in the Youth Building.

Well, that was actually the River of Life (zoe) and the Tree of Life (zoe) that will be in the New Jerusalem...in the Kingdom of God come down!! The Garden of Eden restored!

And the leaves on the Tree of Life will be for the healing of nations!! No more curses or disease!!! What a powerful image for our world today...

"On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be any curse."

Revelation 22:2-3

Hope you can feel God's HEALING presence during this time---and look for the signs!
