Void Pylons no longer buff attack speed
REWORKS
Devourer's attack debuff now lasts 15 seconds, up from 10
Devourer's attack now lowers attack speed by 10%, down from 20%
QUALITY OF LIFE
Rewrote loading screen tips
Players can now zoom out to 2 additional levels, and there is a new slider to zoom out even more
When Map regen is turned off, there is now a short pre game time where players can see the map before the game starts
Democratic Voting is now faster once the majority of players have voted
BUG FIXES
Void Rifts no longer kill spawning pools
Fixed a bug causing specific autocast upgrades to cost more than expected
