It was a completely student driven project with no guidance or leadership from someone with experience. We would often times work on parts that end up being ineffective or useless, causing morale to drop.
While members had experience in CADing and had great ideas, there were holes in our collective skill range, causing to project to come to a halt when those skills were needed.
Our leader valiantly tried to uphold meeting notes, weekly updates, but it was not enough.
The project failed, lol :(
