Mission Statement

1. Create an interactive prototype of a new app idea.

2. Our app idea: A social way to share travel tips around the world with your friends.

Target Audience

Travelers and explorers

Challenges

1. I had no webapp coding experience

2. I also had no Figma designing experience

Solutions

1. I tried catching up to speed by going to office hours and meeting with TAs, but I could not become efficiently useful compared to my teammates who were both CS majors. I ended up working on documentation and design instead.

2. I learned how to use it.

Skills Learned

Passion is not enough to be useful in a time constraint group project. It is better to take on roles that I know I can succeed.

Mission Statement

1. Redesign twitch.tv with a new design improvement or function.

2. Conduct user research to identify twitch.tv's shortcomings

3. We decided to give twitch.tv streamers the ability to organize their live chat to make it feel more like a conversation rather than spam.

Target Audience

1. Streamers of twitch.tv

2. Viewers of twitch.tv

Challenges

1. Nothing major really. There were a lot of deadlines we had to meet, so keeping all of our members accountable.

Solutions

1. We kept nagging each other.
