At Borough of Manhattan Community College our Course Management System (CMS) is called Blackboard. In this folder, you can review several of the essential functions of Blackboard in written and video form produced by the Blackboard Help site.
Most of you should already be familiar with Blackboard at this point, but there's always more to learn! On this page, I've included links to the Help pages for the specific Blackboard tools that we'll be using in this course. It's important to review how to use these tools early in the semester so that you aren't struggling with the technology component of activity completion.
View the links for the skills you are unsure of or for which you need a bit of a refresher. Afterward, participate in the discussion board on the subject of Blackboard. Your participation will help me understand your level of Blackboard user skills and experience and also assess your ability to use the discussion board tool.
