Team Physician Information

Athletic trainers with Mass General Brigham Athletic Training work closely with assigned team physicians. While most injuries and conditions can be treated by the athletic trainer, there are some that may require advanced care. From providing comprehensive evaluations and ordering advanced imaging to arranging surgical consults and writing prescriptions for rehabilitation, the team physician assists the athletic trainer in coordinating the best care for the student-athletes. 

Our team physicians for Massasoit Community College are Dr. Goertz and Dr. Huff, both orthopedic physicians with office hours in various locations.
