It is essential that the users sign in at the entrance of the school library each time they want to borrow items. Each of the students must have their own Library Card in order to access its services. Bags are not allowed inside the reading areas. For questions regarding library privileges, please ask the teacher-librarian in charge.
STUDENT
A student may borrow 2 books at once, one each in fiction and non-fiction.
A maximum of two (2) non-fiction books may be taken out for a week at a time, and if they are not in frequent use, they may be extended for an additional week.
In order for others to use borrowed print items, they must be returned to the library as soon as possible.
Before leaving the library, each borrower is required to carefully inspect the book and any other reading materials they have taken out and to promptly report any damage to the teacher-librarian, such as ripped pages or missing page/s.
A serious violation of rules and regulations is considered to occur when any book or other library items is taken out of the library without first being checked and registered at the counter.

A new copy of the same or a more recent edition must be used to replace any lost or damaged books or non-print media (audio-visual).
One week prior to the start of the periodical examination, home-use book loans must be returned.
Before the final week of the school year, all books must be returned one (1) week in advance.
