About the ECCE Course

Early childhood is a period that covers the first six years of a life of a child. During this period their brain grows at an extraordinary speed. The surroundings a child is exposed to contribute richly to its development in all the important aspects. every child should be enriched with. 

How is online teaching incorporated in Manthan’s ECCE Diploma Course

There is no extra fee charged for the course.

After completion of the theory and practical journal work through online lessons sent to students by e-mail, students are guided regarding practical training in nursery classes for Play group and Nursery children.

Valuable information about development and growth of children in the first seven years of life can never be underestimated. Every person involved in caring for the children at this sensitive and impressionable age must be well aware of the needs for child’s holistic growth in view of its physical, emotional, intellectual, social or cognitive areas of development.

You will be provided with a very informative, interesting and useful book authored by Mrs. Asha Raja, your key course co-ordinator. You can use this book as your text book and as a referral while studying for the ECCE course and even after that while dealing with the children of your class. The name of the famous book is ‘Seven Areas of Child Development and Growth- from pre-natal to Pre-school’.

You may also want to recommend the book to your friends, new and young mothers or teacher-colleagues; in which case you can place a request to Manthan and it can be delivered to the address.

Course Structure:

We intend to make you an effective childcare professionals and teachers par excellence.

The curriculum for the ECCE Diploma Course is developed by child care professionals and psychologists. It will help you to understand a child’s natural growth patterns and related behaviour. It thus prepares you to deal with a child’s emotional, intellectual, cognitive, social, physical, and educational needs.

 Course Eligibility: H. Sc, 12th Standard, or equivalent 10 + 2 in any stream. 

There is no age bar for enrolling in the course. One is eligible for teaching pre-schoolers as long as one is physically fit and has no difficulties in performing routine tasks involved in teaching pre-schoolers.

Fast track training:

Candidates desirous of completing the course in shorter duration may opt for the option of doing so, on paying an extra fee for the fast-track facility. They will be required to fill up a separate form for the same.

Duration of the course:

The full course duration of about 6 months + 2 months of practical teaching and working with children between 2-5 years of age.

Syllabus will cover all requirements for Play group (age 2 years to 3.6months) and Nursery (3.6 to 5 years of age).

Fees:

All fees must be paid regularly.

A diploma certificate will be presented to candidates successfully completing the course.

A special internship certificate will be provided to students undertaking practical work with children of pre-school age.

About the Course:

This Pre-primary School administration and Management Diploma Course offered by Manthan aims to prepare the start-ups and school heads, administrators and entrepreneurs on how to translate their efforts and investments into success. Making the dream of owning the pre-school and running it successfully is quite a challenging task.

Course includes:

Pre-primary School Management Syllabus:

Syllabus will treat requirements for Play group (age 2 years to 3.6 months) and

Nursery (3.6 to 5 years of age) separately.

Online Teaching Mode:

Lessons will be conducted on Zoom or any other similar digital medium regularly.

Schedule of these lectures will be given in advance.

Students are suggested to do about 2 month’s practical work with children. We provide internship facilities in own  ‘Rainbow Global School’

Course Duration:

This is an online course which can be pursued from any part of the world. It has all the advantages of an online course. Like saves time, economical, flexible, allows freedom to keep working while studying.

Course is expected to be completed in maximum duration of about 3/4 months.

For fresh students opting for Management course only without doing the ECCE course-

Note:Total course fee for students opting for the management course as a continuation furthering ECCE course will pay a special fee that is quoted as follows:
