Pick the membership package that connects you to your FCCLA path!

-Registration due in HR3614 on Friday, 9/13/2025

-Any upgrades or status changes must be done prior to the NDFCCLA State Leadership Conference (4/12/2026)

1. Confirm you have taken at least 1 semester of a FACS Course (See Promotion of FACS and FCCLA for Mandan High FACS course list)

2. Stop by Mr. MacDonald's (HR3614) or Mrs. Jacobson's (2010) classroom at Mandan High to receive a registration packet and student code of conduct

3. Select membership tier and complete necessary forms

4. Return the packet and code of conduct by Friday, 9/13 to Mr. MacDonald (HR3614) to join

5. You will receive an official affiliated membership once all materials are received
