Cost, Deadlines, and Instructions

1. Confirm you have taken at least 1 semester of a FACS Course (See Promotion of FACS and FCCLA for Mandan High FACS course list)

2. Stop by Mr. MacDonald's (HR3614) classroom at Mandan High to receive a registration packet and student code of conduct

3. Select membership tier from the information below and complete necessary forms

4. Return the packet and code of conduct to Mr. MacDonald (HR3614) to join

   • Participants wanting to go beyond the local level may choose to pay the fees below to help cover associated costs

5. You will receive an official affiliated membership once all materials are received

-All current FCS Students receive an automatic FCCLA Membership!

-Past FCS Students can sign up at the free rate!

• Official National FCCLA affiliated membership

• Participate in all local activities

• Add FCCLA to your resume

• Attend the North Dakota District 4 FCCLA Leadership Meeting

• FCCLA District T-Shirt

• All registration costs for FCCLA events covered through fundraising

• Optional- may attend North Dakota FCCLA State Leadership Conference to volunteer and build leadership skills

• Participate in one or more competitive events with the hopes of going to the FCCLA National Leadership Conference
