QPR coach Neil Critchley has praised the young talent on loan of Man United, Ethan Laird.

Ethan Laird is in impressive form on loan at Queens Park Rangers in the Championship. In the pre-season period, the English right-back was also eyeed by Erik ten Hag, even, he played more than Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Ethan Laird can be recalled by Ten Hag.

Now, when Wan-Bissaka is likely to leave Old Trafford in January, the possibility of Man United calling Laird is not small . And coach Neil Critchley acknowledged this concern, and praised the young full-back.

Critchley said: " Ethan has had a fantastic season here and plays every week. I'm sure Manchester United will be pleased with Ethan, and the way he's playing and developing.

My aim is to keep doing that. I see myself as someone who can coach players to improve them.

Ethan is someone I have known over the years at Man United and tried to sign him before at Blackpool, but failed. So I'm glad Ethan is here and hopefully will continue for the rest of the season."
