Little Stories

"Little stories" is a series of small formats that  create a pictorial story.  Each painting depicts the countryside of San Giovanni in Marignano. Fascinated by the unspoilt beauty of its surroundings, I wanted to convey my enthusiasm through a picturesque narrative. I worked on several paintings at the same time. Each piece influences another. They correspond in form, color and content. Each painting is autonomous, but it can become a component and depend on a whole. 

The idea of forming compositions amuses me greatly. So my research continues, stimulated by the possibility of creating a new atmosphere in each composition.

I was amused to see that I wasn't the only one who enjoyed manipulating, moving and composing these little paintings.

This series involves the viewer in the position of creator of his or her own painting, and in so doing, he or she in turn will discover numerous possibilities in the composition of a landscape.
