During this 30-day period of trying to add a new habit into my life I think I will take on the challenge of working out to gain more muscle and adding or removing food from my diet to make me healthier. As of right now I am a pretty skinny individual with little muscle mass, but I realize that with a consistent workout schedule I would be able to better myself. I see that right now as I've started going to the gym. I plan to start going at least 3 times a week and I will have one of my friends close to me to keep me on track with my goal. With the new diet I plan to try and remove a lot of fried foods and try more grilled foods, and vegetables as well as less sweets. On average I usually eat around five to six bags of skittles a week just because of my access to them. Same thing with fried foods, they're just so easy to eat and enjoy especially if it's one of the only things I'm used to eating. I typically drink a lot of smoothies even though I know they aren't the best at all times because of what some have inside of them. I've found numerous sites that I will use to guide me during this, but for right now I will be using two to help show what I might expect or be changing.

The article talks about a lot of what I've already been experiencing or have expected, such as the soreness of my body which I have realized sucks, but I have started to see my limits. I see that working out can also increase how well I sleep which would be great for me since sometimes it is quite difficult for me to sleep. Which leads into stress, that will also seemingly increase as I decide to keep working out.
