WYATT and BROWN Chairs: AV tech located at the back of the room. If possible, send all pptx to ycasique@mfah.org by Wednesday at 3PM. Arrive at your session with all pptx on a flash drive (even if you have sent these in earlier--redundancy!).

ALL OTHER ROOMS: Bring your own laptop with the presentations saved to your hard drive. To project, you will be using Clickshare, which requires an open USB-A port on your laptop (see image to the right). See the video here for a brief demonstration. If you have issues, call the number above.
