Major works: -Synthesize and characterize nanomaterials, nanofibers and other 1D and 2D materials.
-Design, print, and test sensors for food spoilage detection, environmental monitoring, and
healthcare packaging applications.
-Conduct optical measurements to evaluate sensor performance, including sensitivity, selectivity,
and durability
-Perform experiments, collect data, and analyze results to optimize sensor performance under
varying environmental conditions
-Assist in preparing research manuscripts, technical reports, and grant proposals related to
smart packaging and sensor technologies.
-Work collaboratively with other researchers, participate in lab meetings, maintain research
documentation, and properly handle lab equipment and materials properly.

Major works: Nanofiber food packaging research focuses on developing ultrafine, biodegradable fibers with active antimicrobial agents to enhance food safety and extend shelf life.
By incorporating natural compounds such as essential oil nanoemulsions, these materials can inhibit foodborne pathogens while maintaining product quality.
This innovative approach combines nanotechnology, food science, and sustainability to create next-generation smart packaging solutions.
