After completing my B.Sc. in Food and Process Engineering from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Bangladesh, I began my research journey with a thesis on chili powder quality, published in the Journal of Food Science and Technology (Springer). I then worked at the National Institute of Biotechnology, gaining expertise in microbial and molecular analysis, before earning an M.Sc. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Professionals, with thesis work at BAEC published in the Journal of Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry (Springer). Over six years, I contributed to 15 SCI-indexed publications. I later completed an M.S. in Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), Edmond, OK and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Food Packaging at Clemson University, South Carolina, USA.
