Click on the “¡RESERVAR!” (Book Now) button.
Select how many travelers will be included in the booking (for example, if siblings are joining).
Fill in the details of the traveler.
Next, complete the information for the person making the payment.
Follow the steps until you reach the payment platform.
Once completed, your reservation will be confirmed, and you can proceed with the first payment using the “single payment” option.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and payment receipt.

You will receive an email with a payment link two days before each due date.
If you wish to make a payment before receiving the email:
Click on “YA TENGO CUENTA” (I already have an account) at the top right corner.
Log in using your username and password (sent to you by email when you made the first booking).
If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot password”—make sure to enter your email correctly.
📞 If you have any difficulties making the second payment, you can contact the agency directly at 963 420 314.
Please provide your booking number and the trip name when calling.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the total amount between 40 and 31 days before departure
100% of the total amount from 30 days before departure
⚠️ Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, with the corresponding cancellation fees applied.

Hacer clic en el botón “¡RESERVAR!”.
Seleccionar para cuántas personas se realiza la reserva (por ejemplo, si viajan hermanos).
Rellenar los datos de la persona que viaja.
A continuación, completar los datos de la persona que realiza el pago.
Seguir los pasos hasta llegar a la plataforma de pago.
Una vez completado, la reserva quedará registrada con éxito y se podrá proceder al primer pago, seleccionando la opción de pago único.
Al finalizar, se recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación con la reserva y el justificante del pago.

Recibirás un correo electrónico con el enlace de pago aproximadamente dos días antes de la fecha límite correspondiente.
Si deseas realizar el pago antes de recibir el correo electrónico:
Entra en https://viajes.transviaviajes.com/
Dirígete a la parte superior derecha y haz clic en “YA TENGO CUENTA”
Inicia sesión con tu usuario y contraseña (recibidos en el correo al hacer la reserva)
Si no recuerdas la contraseña, selecciona “Recordar contraseña”, asegurándote de escribir correctamente tu correo electrónico
📞 Si tienes dificultades para realizar el segundo pago, puedes contactar con la oficina al 963 420 314.
Deberás indicar tu número de reserva y el nombre del viaje.

⚠️ El incumplimiento de las fechas de pago supondrá la cancelación automática de la reserva, con los gastos de cancelación correspondientes.
