INFANTIL

Morning Entry

• Families access the building through the small gate in front of the canteen from 08:35 am, accompanying their children to the classroom, where they are welcomed by the teachers.

• Lessons begin promptly at 08:45 am.

• If a student arrives later than this time, parents must go to Reception for registration before the child is taken to class.

• For safety reasons, no adults are allowed into the building after 08:45 am.

Morning Break (Break I)

• Time: 10:25 am – 11:00 am.

• Two teachers supervise the playground to ensure safety and smooth running.

• Students use the toilets in the 5-year-old classroom, allowing better supervision.

Lunch and Canteen Routine

• At 12:40 pm, students are accompanied to the canteen by the teacher who is with them at that time.

• In the canteen, there are three teachers (one per class) responsible for supervising lunchtime.

• After lunch (around 13:25 pm), teachers escort students back to their classrooms for their hygiene routine (hand and teeth washing).
  
  

Midday Break (Break II)

• Nursery (1st Year Early Years): Nap time from 1:45pm to 3:20 pm, supervised by one of their teachers.

• Reception & Year 1 (2nd and 3rd Year Early Years): Playtime in the playground until 2:30 pm, supervised by a teacher.
  
  

Dismissal and End of School Day (4:15 pm)

• Families access the Early Years building again through the small gate in front of the canteen from 4:10 pm, collecting their children directly from their classrooms.

• Students not collected by 4:15 pm will be escorted by their tutors to the designated waiting area, supervised by the assigned teacher.

• Students using school transport are collected from their classrooms by the bus monitors at 4:05 pm.

• Important: Without express authorization, students are not allowed to leave the Early Years building alone under any circumstances.

INFANTIL

Entrada de la mañana

• Las familias acceden al edificio por la puerta pequeña frente al comedor a partir de las 08:35 h y acompañan a sus hijos al aula, donde son recibidos por las profesoras.

• La jornada lectiva comienza puntualmente a las 08:45 h.

• Si algún alumno llega más tarde de esa hora, deberá acudir con sus padres a recepción, donde se procederá a su registro antes de ser acompañado al aula.

• Por motivos de seguridad, no se permitirá el acceso al centro a ningún adulto a partir de las 08:45 h.
  
  

Patios de la mañana (Descanso I)

• Horario: 10:25 h – 11:00 h.

• Dos docentes supervisan el buen funcionamiento y seguridad del patio.

• El alumnado utilizará los baños de la clase de 5 años, lo que permite una mejor supervisión.
  
  

Salida al comedor y estancia en él

• A las 12:40 h, los alumnos son acompañados al comedor por el profesor que les imparta clase en ese momento.

• En el comedor hay tres profesoras (una por cada clase), encargadas de la vigilancia de la comida.

• Al finalizar (sobre las 13:25 h), las profesoras acompañan a los alumnos a sus aulas para la rutina de higiene (lavado de dientes y manos).
  
  

Patios de mediodía (Descanso II)

• Los alumnos de 1º de Infantil realizan su siesta de 13:45 h a 15:20 h, bajo la supervisión de una de sus profesoras.

• Los alumnos de 2º y 3º de Infantil disfrutan de tiempo de juego en el patio, también vigilados por una profesora, hasta las 14:30 h.
  
  

Salida y fin de la jornada lectiva (16:15 h)

• Las familias acceden nuevamente al edificio de Infantil por la puerta frente al comedor a partir de las 16:10 h, y recogen a sus hijos directamente en las aulas.

• Los alumnos no recogidos a las 16:15 h serán acompañados por sus tutoras a la zona de espera habilitada, bajo la supervisión del docente correspondiente.

• Los alumnos que utilizan el servicio de transporte escolar serán recogidos en sus aulas por los monitores a las 16:05 h.

• Importante: Sin autorización expresa, los alumnos no pueden salir solos del edificio de Infantil en ningún caso.

PRIMARY

Morning Entry

• Students line up at the building entrances according to their year group:

  • Years 1, 2, and 3: lower part of the building, next to the bus area.

  • Years 4, 5, and 6: upper part, in front of the Early Years playground.

• Teachers for the first period collect their students from the lines and enter the classrooms with them.

• The school day begins at 8:45 am.

Lateness:

• Arrivals between 8:45 am and 8:50 am are recorded as late.

• From 8:50 am onwards, attendance is marked as an absence.

Morning Break (Patio I)

• Schedule: 10:25 am – 11:00 am.

• At the bell, students return to line up in the same areas as morning entry.

Lunch Break and Dining Hall

• Dismissal times to the dining hall:

  • Years 1–2 → 12:45 pm

  • Years 3–4 → 12:47 pm

  • Years 5–6 → 12:50 pm

Procedure:

• Years 1–3: meals are served directly at the table.

• Years 4–6: students line up, collect their trays and cutlery, and the dining staff serve their meals.

Midday Break (Patio II)

• Schedule: 1:40 pm – 2:30 pm.

Afternoon Dismissal (4:15 pm)

• Teachers from the last period escort their classes in line to the exit gate.

• Each student is released only after confirming they are leaving with a family member or authorized person.

• Students who remain uncollected wait inside the premises until 4:20 pm. After this time, they are taken to the supervised waiting area.

• Students using school transport go directly to the bus area under the supervision of their monitors.

• The only families allowed to access the school for student pick-up will be those of Year 7 and Year 8, who may enter up to the signs located outside the Secondary building. 

Important: Without express authorization, no student may leave the premises alone.

PRIMARIA

Entrada de la mañana

• Los alumnos forman fila en las puertas de acceso al edificio según su curso:

  • 1º, 2º y 3º: parte inferior del edificio, junto a la zona de autobuses.

  • 4º, 5º y 6º: parte superior, frente al patio de Infantil.

• Los docentes de primera hora recogen a sus alumnos en las filas y entran con ellos en clase.

• La jornada lectiva comienza a las 08:45 h.

• Retrasos:

  • Entre las 08:45 y las 08:50 h se registra como retraso.

  • A partir de las 08:50 h, la asistencia se considera ausencia.

Patios de la mañana (Descanso I)

• Horario: 10:25 h – 11:00 h.

• Al sonar el timbre, el alumnado vuelve a formar fila en los mismos puntos de la entrada.

Salida al comedor y estancia en él

• Horarios de salida:

  • 1º y 2º → 12:45 h

  • 3º y 4º → 12:47 h

  • 5º y 6º → 12:50 h

• Funcionamiento:

  • 1º a 3º de Primaria: comida servida en mesa.

  • 4º a 6º de Primaria: hacen fila, recogen bandejas y cubiertos, y las monitoras sirven la comida.

Patios del mediodía (Descanso II)

• Horario: 13:40 h – 14:30 h.

Salida y fin de la jornada (16:15 h)

• Los docentes de última hora acompañan a sus clases en fila hasta la puerta de salida.

• Se verifica que cada alumno se marcha con un familiar o persona autorizada antes de entregarlo.

• Los alumnos que esperan y no han sido recogidos permanecen en el recinto hasta las 16:20 h. Después, serán trasladados a la zona de espera supervisada.

• Los alumnos de transporte se dirigen a la zona de autobuses, bajo la supervisión de sus monitores.

• Las únicas familias que podrán acceder a la recogida de alumnos son las de 1º y 2º ESO, que podrán acceder a los carteles ubicados en la fachada de Secundaria.

• Importante: Sin autorización expresa, ningún alumno podrá salir solo a la calle.

SECONDARY AND SIXTH FORM

Morning Entry

Students remain in the courtyard or near the back door of the Secondary building until 8:35 am, when entry is allowed.

Once inside:

• • They leave in their lockers the materials they will not use in the first two periods.

  • Collect the necessary materials for those lessons.

  • Head to the assigned classroom, where the first-period teacher will be waiting.

Lessons begin promptly at 8:45 am.

Late Arrivals

• Between 8:45 and 8:50 am → recorded as late.

• After 8:50 am → recorded as absence.

Morning Break (Break I)

Students exit only through the back door of the Secondary building.
Time: 10:25 am – 11:00 am.
At the end of break (signaled by the music):

• • Students return to the building.

  • They have 5 minutes to collect from their lockers the materials for the next three periods.

  • Lockers cannot be used again until after the fifth period.

Lunch and Canteen Routine

Exit times:

• • First shift → direct exit to the canteen (back door).

  • Second shift → wait in the courtyard for about 12 minutes, until the supervising teacher authorizes entry.

• Group allocation:

  • Group 1 → Years 7, 8, 9 (1º–3º ESO).

  • Group 2 → Year 10 & Sixth Form (4º ESO & Bachillerato).

Groups alternate weekly.

Canteen hours: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm.

Afternoon Break (Break II)

Time: 2 pm – 2:30 pm.
At the end of break (signaled by the music):

• • Students return to the building.

  • They have 5 minutes to collect from their lockers the materials for the last two periods.

  • Lockers cannot be used again until the end of the school day.
    
    

End of the Day & Dismissal

From 4:10 pm:

• • Students leave classrooms and exit through the back door of the Secondary building.

  • They proceed carefully to the exterior gate, avoiding interference with Primary lines.

  • They are reminded to maintain proper behavior, especially around younger children.

Bus riders:

• Head carefully through the Primary courtyard to the bus terminal next to the canteen.
  
  

SECUNDARIA Y BACHILLERATO

Entrada de la mañana

Los alumnos permanecen en el patio o en las inmediaciones de la puerta trasera del edificio de Secundaria hasta las 08:35 h, momento en el que se permite el acceso al edificio por dicha puerta.

Una vez dentro:

• Se dirigen a sus taquillas para dejar el material que no utilizarán en las dos primeras sesiones.

• Recogen el material necesario para esas clases.

• Se dirigen al aula correspondiente, donde el profesor de primera hora ya estará esperando.

La jornada lectiva comienza puntualmente a las 08:45 h.

Retrasos

• Entre las 08:45 y las 08:50 h, se registra como retraso.

• A partir de las 08:50 h, la asistencia se considera ausencia.

Recreo de la mañana (Descanso I)

Salida exclusiva por la puerta trasera del edificio de secundaria para todo el alumnado.

Horario: 10:25 h – 11:00 h

Al sonar la música de finalización del recreo:

• El alumnado vuelve al edificio de Secundaria.

• Dispone de 5 minutos para recoger de las taquillas el material necesario para las siguientes tres sesiones.

• No se permite el uso de taquillas nuevamente hasta la finalización de la quinta sesión.

Salida al comedor y estancia en él

Horarios de salida:

• Primer turno: salida directa por la puerta trasera hacia el edificio del comedor.

• Segundo turno: salida directa por la puerta trasera y permanencia en el patio durante unos 12 minutos, hasta que el profesor responsable indique la salida hacia el edificio del comedor.

Grupos por turnos:

• Grupo 1: 1º, 2º y 3º de ESO

• Grupo 2: 4º de ESO y Bachillerato

Los grupos se alternan semanalmente para formar los turnos.

Horario de comedor: 13:30 h – 14:00 h

Recreo de la tarde (Descanso II)

Horario: 14:00 h – 14:30 h

Al sonar la música de finalización del recreo:

• El alumnado vuelve al edificio de Secundaria.

• Dispone de 5 minutos para recoger de las taquillas el material necesario para las siguientes dos sesiones.

• No se permite el uso de taquillas nuevamente hasta la finalización de las sesiones lectivas.

Salida y fin de la jornada

A partir de las 16:10 h, el alumnado:

• Abandona las aulas y sale por la puerta trasera del edificio de Secundaria.

• Se dirige hacia la puerta exterior con cuidado de no interferir en el tránsito de las filas de Primaria.

• Se recuerda mantener las normas de compostura y especial atención a la presencia de niños más pequeños.

Los alumnos que utilizan el transporte escolar:

• Se dirigen con el mismo cuidado, atravesando el patio de Primaria, hacia la terminal de autobuses situada junto al edificio del comedor.
