Welcome to Metamorphic Mountain Yoga (MMY)! MMY located at the bottom of Old Rag Mountain in Etlan, Virginia right on F.T. Valley Road in The Big Red Barn. MMY is here to support EVERYONE in their yoga journey. Classes include Chair Yoga, Yin, Flow Vinyasa, Power, and Fusion classes. We can devise specialty classes for pairs (e.g., pair yoga for couples) and groups including bachelorette, wedding, retirement, and birthday parties.
