Welcome to Metamorphic Mountain Yoga (MMY)! MMY located at the bottom of Old Rag Mountain in Etlan, Virginia right on F.T. Valley Road in The Big Red Barn that is located on Horse Dreams Farm. MMY is here to support EVERYONE in their yoga journey. Regularly scheduled classes include Walking Yoga, Empower, Partner, and Flow to Yin. 

We can devise specialty classes for pairs (e.g., pair yoga for couples) and groups including bachelorette, wedding, retirement, and birthday parties. 

We also offer a variety of retreats to meet everyone's needs! Choose from one that is already scheduled or reach out to build your own!
