Empower Flow Yoga: This class is based upon the flow sequence developed by Barron Baptiste. Unlike a traditional Baptiste yoga that is fast-paced and heated, this Empower class is taught at a slower pace and scaffolded so participants can learn the poses. Sequences can be modified based upon a person's current strength and flexibility. The class incorporates music to help establish rhythmic movement and breath. Individuals wanting to lose weight, gain strength, or gain confidence will find this class most useful. Be ready to sweat! $20/person
Walking Yoga: Walking yoga is meditative walking on a trail (matching breath with steps) with stations along the trail where we will maintain the breath and perform yoga poses. Walking yoga is a mindful, meditative form of yoga. In my class we practice it on the farm on a trail loop. It involves alternating 10–15 minutes of walking while keeping rhythmic breathing followed by with 3–5 minutes of standing poses, such as gentle twists, forward folds, and lunges while keeping the same rhythmic breath. It can improve fitness, reduce anxiety, and improve balance. $20/person
Flow to Yin: Flow to Yin is an indoor class that starts with a Vinyasa practice (flow) and ends with 3-5 poses that we hold for 3-5 minutes each (e.g., pigeon pose). Yin stretches the fascia around the muscles and joints. Together starting with flow and ending in Yin allows you to get the strengthening and cardio
benefits of a Vinyasa class with the relaxation and stretching of Yin. $20/person
Partner Yoga: Partner yoga offers pairs and groups an opportunity to build trust in each other and see how we can achieve more through community than alone. In partner yoga, we use others to help us stretch and achieve balance that we can't alone. It is a great way to spend time with a friend or life partner while getting the benefits of traditional yoga. $20/person
Private Customized 60 Minute Session: Private sessions can be booked and tailored to meet your needs. Sessions can include strength training, yoga training, meditation and breath work. . This is great for someone who is new to yoga and wants to learn poses before joining a group class, wants to learn modifications for injures, or just wants some one-on-one attention. $75/hour
