Facilities

We have two studios on two nearby properties and classes are scheduled each week based upon the weather and number of participants signed up for a class.

Red Barn: The Big Red Barn was originally built in the 1950's and used as a dairy barn before being converted to a first floor dwelling and second floor loft. This site has a large outdoor concrete area for classes when the weather is nice as well as a second floor loft (not wheelchair accessible). The loft is rustic and spacious with eaves that are open and allow the sounds of birds and nickering horses to punctuate moments of silence.

Sauna:  Located in The Big Red Barn is a beautiful sauna that can accommodate up to 10 people. The sauna will be integrated into specific specialty classes.

Basement Studio: Our second studio is in the basement of our home.  It is temperature controlled and quiet, ideal for classes in the heat of summer and cold of winter.
