Reservations are now open for the 36th Annual Dessert & Jazz Fundraiser for the Arts to be held on April 25 at Madison High School.

EVENT LOCATION & TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

The event will be held indoors at Madison High School. You may pick-up your dessert at any time during the event but we suggest before Cabaret or during Intermission.

• 5:30pm | DOORS OPEN | Art Exhibit, Theatre Exhibit | MHS Cafeteria & Lobby

• 6:00pm-7:00pm | Cabaret: Individual and small group performances by MHS students | MHS Auxiliary Gym

• 7:00pm-7:30pm | Intermission: Dessert, Art Exhibit, Theatre Exhibit | MHS Cafeteria & Lobby

• 7:30pm-8:30pm | MHS Jazz Chorus, MHS Jazzy Chamber Strings, MJS Jazz Band, and MHS Jazz Ensemble | MHS Auditorium

RESERVATION COST

• Attendees over the age of 11 ("adults") are $35.

• Elementary students aged 5-11 ("students") and Senior Citizens are $20.

• Children under age 5 ("preschoolers") are free with a paying adult but may have to sit on an adult's lap.

• MHS students will be able to buy tickets at the door for $15. Students who purchase tickets at the door will have a limited dessert selection. 

DESSERT CHOICES

Each pre-paid adult and student/senior citizen attendee will be able to visit our dessert table with a selection of desserts from local establishments and will recieve a bottle of water or seltzer. A gluten-free selection will also be available. Some of the desserts may contain nuts or other allergans--any that do will be clearly marked. A list of ingredients and allergans will be available at the event.
