Madison Music & Arts is hosting a poster design contest for its 36th Annual Dessert & Jazz Fundraiser for the Arts. Students should review the guidelines set forth below. Deadline for submissions is Monday, April 6 @5:00pm. The winner will have their artwork used throughout the event, including in all advertising, social media, and program covers. The winner will also receive a $25 gift card to Starbucks or Dunkin'.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Contest open to all Madison High School students.
Students should use our Google Form to submit their artwork (a scan or graphics file).
Submissions may be painted, drawn, or digitally rendered.
Submissions should be thematically music / jazz related and must include the following information (event title, date, time, location, link, MMA logo) as follows:

Event date | April 25, 2026
Event time | 6:00pm
Event location | Madison High School
Event link | dessertandjazz.madisonmusicarts.org -- link must be included; you may also include (but not it is optional), a QR code of the link
MMA logo | white logo or black logo
Be signed by the artist
The background must be white
The artwork may be created in color but should be easily convertible to greyscale for printing (e.g., for program covers)
Submissions are due Monday, April 6 @5:00pm and will be judged on creativity and whether they follow the above guidelines.
The winner will be announced Thursday, April 9 and notified via email.
The winner will receive a $25 gift card to Starbucks or Dunkin - winner's choice!
