What's the total delegate cap for an institution?

Delegations can bring a total of 10 people, including advisor(s). Delegations that are planning to bid are permitted to bring 10 additional delegates.

What does my delegation have to pay for besides the registration cost?

Delegations are responsible for their own dinner Friday night. If you choose to drive to SLU's campus rather than take the shuttle, parking on campus is no more than $6 per day per vehicle. Breakfast and parking at the hotel are free.

How does my delegation know how much to pay for conference?

Invoices for each delegation, as well as W-9 forms, will be sent out between October 10th and 11th.

If my delegation without a one bed, one body policy ends up having only two delegates in one room, will we be charged for a single room?

No, you will be charged for a double room. The two delegates sharing a room will be housed with two delegates from another university.
