We are so excited for RLC this year and cannot wait to share everything we have been working on with you!

One of the changes this year is that the delegate registration forms will be automatically processed. This will make the registration process more efficient, but it does mean you have to be a little careful when requesting roommates. The program compares the names of your requested roommates to the names of everyone else who filled out the form. If the name you requested doesn't match up with what that person put under "First Name" and "Last Name" in their form, the program won't be able to match you up.

For example, if you requested your friend Janey Doe to be your roommate but she put "Jane" as her first name and "Doe" as her last name on her form, even if she listed "Janey" as her preferred name, the two of you would not match.

The program also compares emails and institution names, so please enter your requested roommate's institution as it is displayed in the table on the roommate request page of the form.

Of course, we are still going to check all the responses and make sure everything is correct. Just remember that we cannot logistically guarantee that you will be placed with the roommates you request, but we will do our best to try to make it happen.
