Grand Dining Hall includes a vast array of food options, including our Simple Servings station which offers food for those who are in need of vegan/vegetarian options or who might have any allergies. A student-favorited salad bar with a wide variety of toppings to choose from is also available.
As well as lemon basil chicken, we will also have paella as a vegan option at our banquet for any guests who have a need. We will make full accommodations for any allergies.
A large space ideal for great numbers of people, Grand Dining Hall is a popular location on SLU campus where students will often gather to socialize and grab something tasty to fuel them through the day or even simply to satisfy an empty stomach. With appealing décor including stone posts and fireplaces, the area provides an excellent atmosphere for students and faculty alike. Service is quick and suited to an individual’s needs, and workers are friendly and willing to accommodate any of an individual’s personal needs. Some, but not all of Grand Dining Hall’s food stations include: Grilliken (burgers/quesadillas/chicken sandwiches/fries), Simple Servings (healthier options, including vegan/vegetarian options), Wild Mushroom (including varying pastas and other dishes), a pizza station, and Mae’s Comfort Corner (a comfort, homecooked food type station). We look forward to hosting delegates in our very own dining hall, a central spot on campus!
