After completing the training, I learned about WHY some emails get a special banner when it arrives in my email. It's to help me step back and make sure it's a trusted source and to be cautious when it comes to clicking any links. I also learned you can hover over attachments/ links to see where it's ACTUALLY taking  you before you even click on it, to see if it's telling you the truth or not.
